Cory Lidle (7-6, 4.10) vs. Dave Williams (6-5, 3.68). Lidle brings his assortment of so-so, groundball-inducing pitches to PNC on Monday. He has been effective in 2005 for the first time since 2002, when he kept his walks and homers down while playing for the A's. He's doing the same thing this year - but that doesn't make his back-of-the-rotation stuff any more fun to watch.
