When a formerly-good starter begins pitching as badly as Padilla has this year, the most obvious conclusion is that he's injured, but apparently, that's not the case. He's throwing hard, but he's had trouble with his control this year. If the Bucs hit him hard today, he may be moved out of the rotation.
