mlbtraderumors is reporting that Adam Dunn could be on the trading block. Dunn is a left-handed batter who hits for power, but also strikes out. A lot. Over the past 3 seasons, only David Ortiz and Albert Pujols have more than his 126 homers. His OBP over the same period is better than that of players such as Carlos Delgado, David Wright, Mark Teixeira, Miguel Tejada, Carlos Beltran, Aramis Ramirez and Andrew Jones.
Not sure what they're looking for, mlbtraderumors wonders if Scott Eyre and Bob Howry would get it done. So I'm guessing they might want some relievers. Is it worth it?
I'm not sure if I'd give up Torres or Capps (or Gonzalez), but if they wanted someone else (or maybe Gonzalez), I'd have to seriously consider it.
