Simulation Madness
The Pirates pulled off a huge upset and knocked the Padres out of the first round of the Simulation Madness tournament. There 2nd round opponent will be the Atlanta Braves. The tournament is a pre-season tournament with all teams participating from both leagues. Each matchup consists of a best four out of seven series, with all teams using a five man rotation. Games are played using the baseball simulation program that I wrote in VB6. ZIPS projections are used for player data. The computer manages both teams. Good luck to the Pirates in the 2nd round.
