So it occurred to me that so far this season the Buccos have had the following problems:
Superstar Lefty Adam LaRoche can not hit.
Freddy Sanchez has been injured in more ways that one.
Xavier Nady leads the team HR and RBI.
Imagine for a minute that Torres hadn't blown two saves that lead to 2 losses in the sweep by the Cards. What is to me the most amazing thing is that the Bucs are 9-10 and in 3rd place so far, and in far better shape than the $300,000,000 Cubs, who are in the basement.
