And the correct answer is... E, all of the above. First it was Joe Kerrigan, Montreal's pitching coach from 1992 to 1996; then it was Jim Benedict, an Expos pitching coordinator from 1994 to 1999; now it's Joe Ferrone, a scout with Montreal in 1993 and 1994. Huntington worked for the Expos from 1995 to 1997, after Ferrone left to work for the Dodgers, so he may have hired Ferrone on the recommendation of Benedict or someone else he worked with.

Ferrone was a scout for the Bucs in 2003 and has worked as a scouting crosschecker for the Tigers the last five years.
