That we should trade Freddy for something more useful…...Like a used washing machine….He is worthless…the batting title was a fluke, an anomaly. He can’t even field, he stumbles after every ball he fields. He looks like a special ed kid out there

.500. Freddy is having a down year but whether he says so or not obviouls the shoulder is bothering him. That coupled with some bad luck this season. You guys kill me every time you want to dump somebody having a good year even though he has had a pretty stellar track record to date. Remember how many wanted to “dump” Bay last year? Patience…hopefully Freddy will rebound in the second half. And I don’t think the batting title was a fluke at all. He’s hit at every level he’s been at so it is this season that is the anomally. And you are being way harsh on his fielding.

I’d give back all these runs for a good Snell start.
The hitting numbers and crazy comebacks mean nothing when the Pirates finish 74-88.
In 2001 the Pirates were 62-100
the highlight of the year:
The Bucs, 2 down nobody on, mounted a 7-run rally capped off by Brian Giles HR over the Clemente wall off Billy Wagner in the 1st game of the day-night DH. I had tickets to see Ozzfest but couldn’t get a ride up there so I would’ve missed the greatest comeback ever…..even if it was on radio.

I honestly...
could see it happening two nights in a row. With the way this team has been swinging the bats lately anything is possible.
