Wow.

4 posts (now 5) through 2.1 innings.
Has the game really been that exciting?

The Utah Jazz. The Jazz... duh.
The best NBA team in Utah... no doubts about it!
Playing For Pride. Pirates, Utes, Panthers, and more...
Because, in the end, only one team can "win it all".

Ooh... "on field delay"

anyone here to tell me what’s up?

When is that?

You mean the previous how many ever games don’t count?

Nice throw, Candy arm.

If Andy LaRoche doesn’t cut off Morgan’s throw…I’m not sure it EVER makes it to Doumit. And Morgan was in SHALLOW left field for the original throw. It was losing that much speed and altitude when it was cut off.

Reality set in a while ago

and football has helped find another avenue… possibly one without as much frustration (most here seem to be Steelers fans, personally I’m a Panthers fan and that’s gone well so far too)…

Good thing

Doumit’s arm is better than Morgan’s…got Bourn stealing.

I suspect that in Houston

Pearce’s ball would have been gone.

someone

just cracked a cold beverage in the booth, wonder what it was…

by poorboywilly on Sep 19, 2008 9:41 PM EDT reply actions

Depends on what booth...

if it was a Pirates booth…one must assume that whatever it was…it wasn’t strong enough to help someone forget how bad this team is.

Well, well well...

Mario continuing to make his case for that $2MM raise in arbitration, I see.

Too bad these games mean nothing!

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. -- HST

Can anybody tell me ...

what the difference is between a “tryout” and an “audition”? According to John Russell, there is a difference (in talking about 2009 spring training)

I hope Minky

smashed some clubhouse furniture after the game so that the team will be fired up enough tomorrow to win.
