Pedro Photo on PG

So I saw this photo on the PG (which is uncredited) and this is what I thought, in this specific order:

First I thought:  Wow, that Pedro Alvarez is a handsome dude.

Second I thought:  What kind of weird soccer shirt is that kid wearing? Is that a France jersey?

Third and last I thought to myself: What the hell? Is that kid in the middle sticking his finger up his butt!?!

Vote for Pedro!

Nice PR move here. Maybe Pedro just agreed to throw some BP to them for $100 ;)

Maybe the kid in the middle IS sticking his finger up his butt before shaking hands with Pedro because he is still pissed about the whole signing fiasco! Maybe the kid reads Bucsdugout!

He needs a lot of working out

and to lose weight before March of next year.

I remember someone here saying a few months ago that he looked “broad across the beam,” or something to that effect.

Time to get to work, Pedro!

That was probably me.

I don’t know that it’s flab, I just think it’s his natural build. Some guys just have a really thick lower body (and they generally end up as Cs or 1Bs).

for definition of “bucket butt / thunder thighs.”
