Ian Snell vs. Josh Geer, 10:05.
And after the excitement of being swept in dramatic fashion by a team in the playoff hunt, the Pirates finish out their season against the lowly Padres.

It’s too bad the Pirates got swept by the Brewers. I feel they played pretty well overall, just a shame we couldn’t seal the deal when we needed to.
I made most of my life decisions at a Foghat concert... I stand by them.

I didn't watch all of it, but...
if felt like it was a whole lot of repeating many things while saying pretty much nothing.
Of course, I’m not a big fan of politicians, so maybe I was a bit biased…

I'm a poli sci grad student so I should have been watching it too, but I get annoyed with campaign speak.

Pretty much, they came to a consensus
that we are in fact in a war (though they disagreed about where the focus should be right now) and that the bill thing they’re trying to pass is going to cause them to cut back spending somewhere (where is still up for debate).
So, in conclusion… they told us all what we already knew. And they got to appear on TV in the process.
It seems that presidents need not only the ability to lie out of their backside when campaigning (though this seems to fit all politicians), but also the very important ability to constantly interrupt others. They were both working that 2nd one out tonight.
