Ronald Belisario Signs With Dodgers

Ronald Belisario, the pitcher formerly known as "No, nobody knows why he's on the Pirates' 40-man," has signed a minor-league deal with the Dodgers, Baseball America reports. Also, Pirates 2002 second-round pick Blair Johnson has signed with the Orioles.
