I'm imagining Dr. Evil. DK mentions in his write up that Neal will have 4 to 6 mil to work with according to the Buccos budget. Does that mean that is all he will have available to spend on the draft/international signings? Or is that just for the major league level? I know that's more of a question to DK, but just wondering if you guys knew the answer. I know the Bucs don't have the number 2 pick this year (the 4th I think), but even 6 mill doesn't seem like enough to have a deep draft. If that is the case, I would expect a large salaried player traded away at the deadline to give a little more cushion for the pushin.
