First timer here.  Appreciate the knowledgable fans at this site compared to some others.

There have been numerous posts on this site and others about the possibility of moving LaRoche to 2B.  I like this as a potential move depending on how other things play out, but do we know that LaRoche can play 2B?  A good 3B does not necessarily make a good 2B.   Did he play some 2B in the minors?   Have the Pirates said that this is a real option?  Do we have any sense of what his range is?   As noted in prior post, his hitting was not really that bad for his first full season, and a fair number of doubles could bode well for future HRs.  16-20 seems easily within reach, whether at 2B or 3B.
