Bradenton - Day 3

Didn't watch the pitchers who threw much, instead choose to watch everyone take batting practice.  Most were there: Alvarez, McCutchen, Monroe, Moss, both LaRoches, Neil Walker, Salazar, Nyjer, Bixler, Cruz, Vasquez, Hinske, Pierce.  Batting prctice pitcher was really struggling (on purpose?) throwing strikes, so no one was extremely impressive.  Of note was the Perry Hill drill of having the infielders on their knees while he hit fungo's at them from close range.  Interesting thing was Andy and Alvarez were at third, Walker was with the 2nd basemen during this drill, though later during regular infield practice Neil went back to 3rd.

Saw Jack later, along with Jose Tabata.  Didn't see Freddie, but that doesn't mean he wasn't there.

Just basically a lot of fun for avid fans like us.  If you ever get the chance, do it.

Again, sorry about the miswrite on the Brandon Moss thing.  And NH talked about many other things not written.  Great guy who just loves to talk baseball.
