What good does it do to have speedsters on base that are capable of stealing…if you have someone behind them that is incapable of taking pitches so they can steal (Freddy)?

Although I will admit...
Freddy is seeing about 10% more pitches per at bat than he has the previous 4+ seasons he’s been with the Pirates…and is actually in the upper half of pitches per at bat on the Pirates team this season. He still has fewer strikes looking…than the league average.
Rain in Indy tonight has that game delayed. In AA, Moskos is pitching with a 3-1 lead and Gorkys has an RBI 2B. Whoo Hoo.
