I searched Twitter for “Pedro Alvarez” and came up with this post. The user is a writer for Altoonamirror.com:

Pedro Alvarez out of game in 4th inning after tweaking right knee on foul pop. Didn’t look too serious, but he was limping a bit.

Saw a note...

on Onlybucs.net from a guy at the game…evidently he collided with Lerud. Guy said he was in the dugout after he got pulled…joking with teammates. So…hopefully…it’s rather minor.
