I remember hearing lat year that Reno Gayo was very excited about his signing of Starling Marte from the DR (now 20.5 years old).  Noticed that he got assigned to WV (low A) and in a few games has torn it up.  Has to be culture shock to go from the DR to Bradenton, then to south-central West Virginia.

What do we know about his chances to rise through the system and eventually get the majors?  Long shot, 50-50, or no shot?
