re…40 man roster. Bringing up Milledge isn’t an issue at present because the Pirates are only carrying 39 on the roster. Plus…they can put Yates on the 60 day if need be. Lerud still counts against the 40 man roster…even though he’s on the DL at Altoona. The only way not to count against the 40 man is to be on the 60 day DL.
