A Holiday In Tampa

Please do understand that, as I type this, I am struggling not to giggle with glee, in fear it may turn into an all-out laughing fit.

Surely you all remember crazy-as-a-stripper-on-Springer Jake? He of the rampant rumor-mongering and "I know something you don't know AND I'm not telling you" posts? Well...

Oh, this is rich...

He was apparently doing just fine up through yesterday, with the Sanchez trade. Then the Grabow/Gorzo trade went down and...*snicker*...he absolutely went into a tizzy, and has officially given up on the Pirates, whilst relaunching "Bucco Blog" as *teehee* "Rays Rag"! WIth the tagline "The Pittsburgh Pirates don't want fans, so I might as well root for a club that does"

Oh man. I'm not sure how much of me is so grateful that he won't be poisoning our blogosphere anymore and how much fears for the well-beaing of those Tampa fans out there who are as educated as we. Yes, I know that Jake doesn't get a ton of traffic, and most of his Q&A and comments are fabricated, but even one visitor is one too many.
