I don’t think you get to call first with a joke that’s like six years old. :)

You can't stop Maholm
you can only hope to bean him incessantly with line drives.

What?
Capps will only come in in the 9th. Especially af ter JR got burned the last time he brought Capps in the 8th.

The good news...
Fielder leads off the 9th…and could hit one to the moon…and the Pirates will still lead.
Holy crap
I leave to move back to college and I miss the Pirates being on the verge of a sweep?

But what did he do off the field for the team in the clubhouse, HMMM?!?!

He did his patented pregame breakdance to get the team ready to play.

Another solid outing for Bryan Morris...
…6.0 IP, 3 H, 1 R/0 ER, 2 BB, 2 K. The only run against him came in the top of the first, and followed two errors by Jordy Mercer. Lynchburg leads Salem 6-1 in the top of the eighth.
Hopefully he can finish the year strong.
I’m still concerned with his lack of K’s. I’m hoping for anyting positive though.
middle of the lineup...
a black hole tonight…spots 4-7…0-13 with 1 walk.
LaRoche
wanted to be just like his big brother

Come on...
you can’t compare the two. Andy has been consistently average to below average all season. At the plate anyway.
Oh
I was just joking… his defense is sick

Power streak appears over...
…they’re trailing Asheville 9-1 in the bottom of the eighth. Five errors have led to four unearned runs. Lorin didn’t do so well: 4.1 IP, 4 H, 5 R/4 ER, 6 BB, 3 K.
Raise the Jolly Roger!
A super sweet sweep of the Brewers!
Nice game by Paulie and a nice save for Capps!
I do love being a spoiler to Milwaukee.
RAISE IT!

Note the prescience:
