As Dejan notes at the PBC blog, Pedro today hit 3 hrs and drove in 6 for Team USA in a 14-3 win over Chinese Taipei today. I realize its just Chinese Taipei, but 3 hrs is 3 hrs.
At least its some good news to take away from this awful stretch of baseball, along with the young prospects, especially the pitchers, doing quite well in the playoff run.
