BA's list of the Top 20 prospects from the NY-Penn League included one Spike: Victor Black, who had a 3.45 ERA in 31.1 innings pitched after being drafted 49th overall. Other NY-Penn League Top 20 prospect alumni in the system: Chase d'Arnaud (#18 in 2008), Daniel Moskos (#4 in 2007), and Duke Welker (#14 in '07).
