Top pitching prospect and Cuban defector Aroldis Chapman signed with division rival Cincinnati. Apparently, he's got a 96 MPH fastball and a real sharp breaking ball. I applaud the Pirates for not pursuing him. It's too much money and who knows what his real age is? That money is best spent elsewhere.
