Church Needed as Insurance for Moss, who...

The medical aspect of this, combined with the fact that the PBC and the PPG are again trying to suppress this news from you, made me think this was important enough to make a FanPost out of it.

At the end of last year, Moss apparently had some medical problems - it was some type of allergic reaction to a skin care product (I think it was made the Tone company). It was so bad, he had to cover his lower legs to protect them, but if that didn't work, he'd have to go soak in the hot tob...or maybe the ice tub.  Anyway, sometimes he didn't pinch hit late in games because he would suddenly have a severe outbreak and have to race back into the clubhouse to see if the treatment would help.  But he was always conscientious and would take his glove with him in case the treatment allowed him to come in as a defensive player.  The only way Russell would know his status was to send a ballboy back to check, but too often the ballboys would go back to the clubhouse, check Moss's locker, and come back to report to John Russell that all they found was:

A Rawlings, Tone, gaitors – no Moss….  <<rim shot>>
