Just released, John Wagner of BA lists his top 20 prospects and has current Pirates Pedro Alvarez,

Brad Lincoln and Jose Tabata on his list.  Color me surprised to see Lincoln on this list because of

the not-so-impressive season he put up, and also that he was ranked one slot above Tabata.

Maybe some baseball people out there still think Lincoln has a chance to turn it all around.

And once again, look at the players that are ranked above #8 Alvarez, not too shabby at all.

Pirate fans should be happy that many of our top prospects are also top prospects in their

respected divisions.
