I was wondering is this the man the Pirates are going to wait for to become the bucco's next skipper??? I mean there really hasn't been any new knews on candidates being interviewed by the buccos recently. All we have heard is how Gibbons, Sveum, and Macha are all out, leaving 3 candidates left and no one new being interviewed.

I thought that Tony Pena was a target of theirs but the Yankees have been eliminated and we have not heard any movement on that front. Clint Hurdle as the Hitting coach of the Rangers is getting a lot of praise for the rangers raking this post season and Hurdle the former Rockies Manager has had success in the bigs as a manager by going to the World Series in 2007...I don't know he seems to be better than Jeff Bannister, Tosca maybe no Porter but who knows ....Thoughts?
