The link is to a Twitter update from Jorge Arangure, citing a Spanish-language source. If anyone speaks better Spanish than I do it might help to click through to the other account, as he seems to have a little more info over there. Normally this wouldn't be a surprise, but Rob Biertempfel reported a few weeks back that the Pirates were trying to discourage Tabata from playing in Venezuela this winter.
