So, does that mean they are offering big contracts and big money to middling free agents or does that mean they are offering to big free agents?
I'm of the opinion they will offer some big free agents, but they won't be able to sign them. However that doesn't mean they can't go after, and land, some of the better mid free agents, like a Garland.
