Any specific players not offered arb, that we could look at?

I was looking at the list, and found the following guys interesting:

Koji Uehara: Stats

Sure seems to me like he could be a back end starter or solid swingman. I wouldn't be terribly opposed to a 2 year deal at about 3M per. Maybe a little more than that with incentives given some struggles with injuries. (He made 10M over 2 years with Baltimore in his last contract)

Chad Durbin: Stats

He made 2.1M last year with the Phillies and would be a good middle-end guy if we could get him around that range.

Dan Wheeler: Stats

I like him as a late inning guy, and should have decent value at the deadline. I wouldn't mind a Dotel level deal.

The above 3 are only from the list of those not offered arbitration. There are a bunch of Type B FAs too who wouldnt cost a pick.
