Left about $50M on the table, and took what appears to be the worst offer available. The Phils rotation is just evil now, and Washington can take their Jayson Werth, and twiddle thumbs for the next 3 years.

On a more serious note, though, I always loved Lee, and now have some more respect for him for turning down much much more money to go where he wanted.

PS: It also pleases me to think that Yankee fan behaviour may have turned him off, although this is (at most) a very small part of his decision.
