After the cuts, there's still room on the 40 man that can be used. Chris Leroux, Joe Martinez and Dan McCutchen are all guys who could probably be put through waivers to make room, if needed. As of now, 4-5 spots in the pen are guaranteed- Meek, Hanrahan, Resop, Karstens, Ledezma (Karstens could be in the rotation too). 

There could well be at least one other significant addition to the bullpen.

There will likely be at least 1 starting pitcher added, and 1 bat. We already have 4 open spots on the 40 man, and we could have as many as 7 potential spots. 2 Rule 5 picks seem quite likely to me at this point. Aside from that though, who are the other non-tendered players that you can see the Pirates have a go at. Here's my picks:
