With Brandon Moss being DFAed it seems like it's almost a guarantee that John Raynor will make the opening day 25 man roster, but does anyone think there's a chance he doesn't?  He got off to a pretty hot start while Moss struggled, but it seemed like all the media reports said management still wasn't particularly impressed with him at the plate or in the field.  After getting off to that hot start he's really fallen off at the plate.  I believe after today's 0-4 he's now 0 for his last 15 with 8 strikeouts in those ABs and something like 2 for his last 23.

I know it's Spring Training and the stats aren't a big deal, but combining them with the view management seemed to have I don't see Raynor lasting the whole year.  Is there any chance that the Pirates return him to the Marlins and go with another 5th OF option to start the year?  It seems like there may be several players lost in roster cutdowns in the next week who could be available, and Steve Pearce is still hanging on in big league camp as an OF/1B.
