I posed this question on the open thread near the end of the Pirates-Brewers game, but I think most of the Buc's Dugout faithful had seen enough at that point, and I didn't get any answers. So I'll repost it here.
Does anyone think John Wehner would make a good MLB manager?
He’s quite knowledgeable and seems to pick up little things during a game that we could use to our advantage. He always emphasizes staying inside the ball while hitting and taking the pitch where it is given. He’s always preaching the fundamentals. He seems to see things that Russell doesn’t, perhaps due to his vantage point in the booth.
Let’s suppose Russell doesn’t make it past this season. Does anyone think Rock would be a good manager?
