I am too tired to write a lengthy post, but I would love to see the Bucs sign McCutchen through his first year or two of free agency.  I hope it happens by Opening Day 2011 at the latest.  I think this especially makes sense because Cutch would be a free agent a year or two before Pedro, Tabata, and Lincoln, keeping the core together for at least an extra year.  We wouldn't have to negotiate with Scott Boras, and it would be VERY positive PR for the Bucs.  What do you think?  If Cutch continues to produce, then the longer we wait, the more expensive it will be to sign him through his first year of free agency.
