Where will the Bucs spend their money?

I am looking at the BuccoFans roster that includes salaries.  The Bucs have $14 million tied up in Iwamura, Duke, and Maholm, and all of them will likely be gone by the trade deadline in 2011.  Another $7 million is being spent on Doumit and Dotel, and they will be gone.   Looking ahead to our probable starting lineup in 2012, Tabata, Cutch, Jones, Walker (if he starts), Alvarez, and Sanchez will all be making the league minimum.  LaRoche will be in his second year of arbitration, and who knows who our SS will be.  Our rotation will probably involve some league minimum guys like Owens and Lincoln, maybe some prospects we get in return for Duke and Maholm, and Ohlie and Morton both would be entering their first year of arbitration.

So my question is, will the Pirates have money to spend on a significant piece of the championship puzzle the Bucs are trying to put together?  Or are a lot of their players that will be hitting their arbitration years around 2013-2014 cost so much that the Bucs will be forced to save $?
