According to Jen Langosch over at mlb.com, Starling Marte is out with a hand injury and he might need surgery. The length of time a surgery wold keep him off the playing field is not known. If he is out for the rest of the year his value as a prospect will take a huge tumble, but if it is just maybe a 1-2 month injury he still could earn a promotion. My question to you: How serious do you think Marte's injury is, and how will this affect his stock as a prospect?
