I had the honor of going to friday night's game to sit in the beautiful $7 seats. When Akinori Iwamura came up, the entire stadium was hushed waiting for him to finally do something. Maybe this was the time I thought (Strike 1), He's bound to do something EVENTUALLY (Strike 2) He'll snap out of it. (Strike 3) Same old same old. and the boo birds came out in full fledging directed at Aki after his strikeout. The fans are utterly disgusted with him. How long until management decides that Aki's injury is just too much and that we should give Neil Walker a chance?

Aki should be demoted to Bradenton this afternoon. He couldn’t get on base if he was hitting a tennis ball off a tee. He looks like he’s swinging a croquet mallet at curveballs. His batting average in May is lower than the IQ of a baseball. AAGH

That's like a pumpkin pie right in the face!
