Word on Alderson's Velocity

Recently, former first round pick, Tim Alderson, has been putting up respectable numbers in Altoona with his last three starts with a stat line of an ERA of 4.50 in 6 innings, 0.00 ERA in seven, and most recently going six innings and allowing only one earned run with five K's to give him an ERA of 1.50 for this Saturday's game. His overall ERA remains fairly high at 4.75 but thats a result of a rocky start that has been steadily declining. However, as always, the velocity on his fastballs are a concern, so is there any word on improved velocity or if they are getting the kinks out of his altered throwing motion?
