Church strikes again...

He’s finding new ways to hurt the team…awesome. I wonder if there will be an Andy Laroche sighting. My gut says we’ll most likely see a MIF combination of Cedeno and Crosby though. As bad as the Bucs are in interleague play and on the road, the chances of the them catching the Orioles for worst record isn’t so out of reach afterall. Beginning play today the Orioles are 4 games worse than the Pirates. They are also tied today 5-5 in the 6th against the Nats. So the good news keeps on coming.

I was thinking the same thing about LaRoche. What’s the point of giving Crosby the next few starts or whatever it will be at 2B? If, and it’s a big “if,” the team feels LaRoche can give it a reasonable shot at the position, give him a chance.

I'd defintely like to see Laroche get some playing time with Walker out...

I feel like his back had a lot more to do with his slump then people realize. Get him some reps and see if he can cut it. Who knows, he may go on a hot streak.

And the answer is...

Crosby and Cedeno. Well at leat good ol JR is predictable when it comes to filling out the lineup card. Church isn’t playing so I guess that’s something.

I wish he really were a socialist – he could nationalize us a shortstop. And maybe some pitching, while he’s at it.

Oh yes, here’s what we need. Someone to bring pointless political talk to the boards.
