What an absolutely miserable year for Pirates prospects overall. Just bad luck everywhere you look, and very few pleasant surprises. Hopefully a strong second half is in store for some of the key guys. I'm speaking mostly about guys like Grossman, D'Arnaud, Gorkys, Clement, Alderson, etc. etc. These developments, coupled with a strong signing outcome from the 2010 draft class, will lead to a much more exciting year next year down on the farm.
