Is that really possible? I can understand why Coonelly is unhappy with the Bucs performance, but I'm not sure that one could actually improve the team much via free agency or additional trades.  If you mean an increase in the payroll, why sure. That can happen. Does anyone have some free agent or trade candidates in mind that would improve the team? More than it should improve as Alvarez, Walker, and Tabata gain experience?
