Would like opinions on whether Russell should or will be back next year.  Although he was extended for 2011, Coonelly and Nutting's comments seem to emphasize that there are no guarantees for JR or even Neal. 

I'm a little surprised that there hasn't been more discussion / debate about whether JR should be back.   I really hope he's out of here.  The argument that he has little talent to work with may be true, but he is clearly not the guy to lead this team.  Frequent questionable strategic moves, glaring lack of basic fundamentals, drab personality who doesn't seem like a positive clubhouse presence.  I think the Kerrigan Varsho firing only hint at the problems in the clubhouse that we'll never know about.

Keep him or dump him ? Interest in both what you think SHOULD be done, and also what they will do.
