Is there anyone in the organization that you think could make a difference in 2011?

Now that we're all into the acceptance phase of 2010, let's prepare to grieve for 2011. We all know that there's no significant help that's close - our best players are all in AA or below, and none will arrive before the season is 60 games old. Odds are, none of those guys will make a real difference next year (i.e., pitch like phenom Duke did in his callup).

So who can or will make a difference? Presumably the improvement will have to come from within the ML roster, but perhaps I'm missing someone in AAA. Will Veal be ready for Opening Day? Can Ohlie turn around his luck and become an anchor? Can Morton avoid becoming the bad kind of anchor?

If the Pirates are to win, say, 70 games in 2011, who will be most responsible?
