If your too lazy to click or too busy, the jist is the Red Sox have released Jeremy Hermida. He seem's like a pirates type guy former top prospect, but has struggled. The pirates did like him in the past specifically with Capps for Hermida trade talks. I think they should give him a shot as an everyday RF. He is still only 26 so he has time to turn it around (e.g. Garrett Jones) and he has decent power (well atleast better than Lastings power). His past performances in the NL yielded about a .250-.260 BA with mid-teens HR numbers. It could be a nice low pressure situtaion for him to try to thrive in, and it could add some of that promised payroll by FC (j/k).
