It will be cool to see Teke. He was the first player I ever met and got an autograph from.
When we were there for The Gathering,
Teke was in the stadium.
Vlad took 2 pictures of me & him. I had tears in my eyes, and was trying not to freak out.

My kid got his autograph
years ago when he was a front office type for the Washington Wildthings, when they were playing the Johnstown Jonnies. My boy waited quietly, while Teke was talking to some other older man, and Teke noticed him when he looked back and me and his mother. Teke then announced loudly that any kids that wanted his autograph should always interrupt him from talking to other adults. The guy is cool.

…good D would have been to field the ball hit directly at him cleanly. That being said, he stayed on it, reacted quickly and made a tremendously strong throw. Hopefully plays like this build his confidence

Man, that ‘91 Buccos team was good and I really thought Van Slyke had tied it in the bottom of the first in game 7, but alas, only the warning track.
