To a minor-league contract. UPDATE by Charlie: Burres is perfectly fine AAA depth, but let's hope he doesn't pitch so many innings in the majors this year. The Pirates have a lot more depth in the rotation, so hopefully he won't be making any starts at all. The bullpen might be another story.
