Roberto Alomar, Bert Blyleven Voted Into Hall Of Fame

It's awesome that Blyleven got in. Jenifer Langosch says he got 79.7 percent of the vote. Dave Parker got 15.3 percent and will no longer be eligible to be voted in by the writers. The Washington Post writes that Blyleven's admission represents a victory for bloggers and sabermetric types, who have been yelling about him for years. It's great that enough voters finally listened. Maybe the bloggers can kick the Tim Raines candidacy into high gear now that Blyleven is in.
