The Off-Season Chart for Pitchers

This is just a crap shoot. If you don't want to be depressed for a few weeks, don't think about a) our starting rotation at the beginning of 2012 or b) the gap before the recently-drafted talent shows up (no jinx).   

When I was thinking about when we might see Taillon or Cole at the Majors, I realized I had no idea on what "normal" looks like in term of age, innings pitched, levels covered.  So before you get the chart, here is the Minor League progression of 10 randomly selected Pirates' pitchers compared to the progression of 10 randomly selected pitchers from other teams (and eras).  I think it is self-explanatory.
