A spring training question

As a dutiful son-in-law I insisted that my wife and I go visit my mother- and sister-in-law in Tampa in early March. Obviously I'll want to catch a spring training game and play a little tennis. No issues there. My question is "What tips can you offer about visiting Pirate City to watch workouts?" I visited Vero Beach back when the Dodgers played there (and dinosaurs roamed the earth and my buddy from LA was driving). Are things still as open as they were then? What should I be on the lookout for? What have Bucs Dugout fans done that they really liked? Would willingly have skipped given better information?
