PrintA few people were wondering why Jorge Julio wasn't on the minor league camp roster. Well, now we know.
Right-hander Jorge Julio, who signed in January as a minor league free agent, is not in camp. The Pirates rescinded his contract after Julio failed is physical. Julio, 31, has not pitched in the majors since 2009.

you mean the Pirates do physicals now??? hmmmmm, i was told by Smiziknation that the pirates dont do this which is why Iwamura was hobling around on a leg totally decimated by the ACL thingy…
